Diddy Sued For Hiring Minors At A 2020 Miami Sex Party
Diddy has been hit with another lawsuit, this time from a woman who was allegedly trafficked as a teenager and claimed the disgraced mogul paid her and other minors to work at a sex party.
The accuser filed her lawsuit on Friday and stated the encounter with Diddy happened around 2020 when he hosted an event that she claimed was a group sex party inside a warehouse. Legal documents said Diddy welcomed partygoers and gave a toast before the salacious activities began.
The woman, who was allegedly 15 at the time, claimed she had been drugged by a man attending the party when Diddy gave his toast and was led to an area blocked off by curtains, where a bed was set up, and she was forced to have sex with over 20 men. She also said that Diddy was not amongst the men she had allegedly slept with, but she claimed she saw him having sex with a Latina girl she was trafficked with, who was allegedly either 12 or 13 years old.
Once the party ended, the woman and the other girls were sent to an undisclosed location, the court documents allege. The woman is seeking damages from Diddy and several men listed as John Doe.
The lawsuit was also filed by Tony Buzbee, who is also representing various people who have made accusations against Diddy.
