Rachel Okonkwo Sparks Engagement Rumours After Showing Off Ring in Viral Video
Nollywood actress Rachel Okonkwo, popularly known as Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, has sparked excitement on social media after a video showing her wearing an engagement ring and holding a bouquet of red roses went viral.
In the video, the actress is seen displaying the ring as she expresses excitement, saying, “I’m blushing, and I’m shy.”
The clip has attracted congratulatory messages from fans, friends and colleagues, with many interpreting the moment as an engagement announcement.
Her friend and associate, Blessing Nwankwo, took to Instagram to celebrate the development, describing it as the right time for the actress.
“Okwa ifugo God’s time ehh… It’s d best. @rechaelokonkwo waited until NOW. Yes. I will say it louder n LOUDER. She waited n God DID it for her. NOW. If u are believing God for a miracle, just wait. It will happen. Congratulations my dearest daughter. It’s ur season. Rock it,” Nwankwo wrote.
Nollywood actress Anita Joseph also joined in the celebration, commenting, “We have a wedding to plan.”
Okonkwo rose to prominence through her role in the film Nkoli Nwa Nsukka and has since become a familiar face in the Nigerian film industry.
